Our Aims
We recognise that the children who come to us may have low self esteem, and we aim to make them confident both socially and academically, so that where practical they can re-join mainstream education after one or two years with us. We do however; offer an education up to and including GCSE, for those children who need it.
There are fully equipped areas for science, art and pottery. Also a brand new computer network has just been installed. Classes are arranged in year groupings, with no more than eight children to a class. The school day starts at 9.15am and lessons end at 3.05pm, with clubs until 3.45pm.
If you are interested in your child coming to the school then please contact us, and you will be invited to visit the school. We will expect your child to have seen an Educational Psychologist, and that you will have the report with you. The school does have close links with a number of Local Education Authorities, and will accept suitable Statemented children.
